The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will not be read Monday to Friday between the hours of 6pm to 9am. Appointments are available for all patients registered at any Haringey practice.

- Monday to Friday: 6:30 to 8:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm (Opening times may vary)
- Contact your GP practice or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of three locations. Please note opening hours will vary between hubs:
- Bounds Green Group Practice, Gordon Road, London N11 2PF
- Somerset Gardens Family Health Centre, 4 Creighton Road, London N17 8NW
- Queenswood Medical Practice, 151 Park Road, London N8 8JD
- Lawrence House Surgery, 107 Philip Lane, Tottenham, London N15 4JR
- You can make an appointment if you are registered at any practice in Haringey. You will be able to see a local Haringey GP or healthcare professional. It may be someone from your practice, and if not, it will be another local GP, Practice Nurse or Healthcare Assistant.

If you would like a copy of a referral letter please ask at reception.

These are available by arrangement. Please let reception know.
Chaperone
Please ask you require a chaperone at your appointment or a doctor of the same sex.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to attend the surgery please telephone before 10am.
The doctor may sometimes phone you, suggest you make an appointment instead of visiting or arrange a transfer to hospital. If your request for a visit is urgent you can phone at any time.
We are always happy to visit at home patients who are housebound through disability or illness, but please bear in mind that we can generally see patients more promptly here at the practice, and that we have better facilities for examination.
Rashes and high temperatures do not preclude patients from coming to the practice, and will not endanger others, but please tell the receptionist when booking the appointment, and on arrival.

Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance. (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
